Owner has over 9 years experience in motorcycle media, 5 years experience in non-profit journal publishing, MBA and several years of small business experience.

Who You Are

  1. Detailed with self-discipline
  2. The desire to do what it takes to earn higher commissions than industry standards
  3. Some type of sales or marketing experience
  4. Enjoys setting own hours
  5. Knows the value of being appreciated for your efforts and results
  6. Ability to give short presentations to potential advertisers
  7. No motorcycle or car industry experience necessary but helpful
  8. You know have to laugh and enjoy being part of a dynamic team

Job Details

  1. Weekly post on Social Media Accounts
  2. Attend bi-weekly Skype Meeting (30 minutes)
  3. Email weekly prospect contact log to a supervisor
  4. Attend in person monthly sales meeting where possible (1 hours)
  5. Call upon local business owners to place ads in the magazine
  6. Make sales calls on referrals and leads provided
  7. Mine both online and offline for sales leads
  8. Meet minimum monthly sales quota after 30 days

Job Requirements

  1. Social Media Savvy (primarily FB)
  2. Good Phone manner
  3. Attention to detail
  4. Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  5. Skype
  6. Desktop, laptop or Tablet (or access to)
  7. Scanner/Printer
  8. High Speed Internet
  9. Reliable Transportation
  10. Valid drivers license
