  1. Detailed with self-discipline
  2. Desire to do what it takes to earn higher commissions
  3. Some type of sales or marketing experience
  4. Enjoys setting own hours
  5. Can follow instructions balanced with offering valuable input
  6. Knows the value of being appreciated for your efforts and results
  7. Ability to give short presentations to potential advertisers
  8. Veterans, disabled, mature applicants encouraged
  9. No motorcycle or car industry experience necessary but helpful

Job Details
  1. Weekly post on Social Media Accounts
  2. Attend weekly Skype Meeting (30 minutes – hour)
  3. Email weekly prospect contact log to supervisor
  4. Attend in person monthly sales meeting (about 2 hours)
  5. Call upon local business owners to place ads in magazine
  6. Make sales calls on referrals and leads provided
  7. Mine both online and offline for sales leads
  8. Meet minimum monthly sales quota after 60 days

  2. Good Phone manner
  3. Attention to detail
  4. Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  5. Skype
